Stretched leaders. Untapped potential in teams. Constant change.

We help you tackle the real challenges: navigating uncertainty, building alignment, developing talent, and leading change-while sustaining momentum.

Our coaching and consulting supports leaders, teams and organizations to grow capacity, strengthen collaboration, and build lasting resilience-without adding to the overwhelm.

Team Dynamic

Strong teams don’t happen by chance. We partner with teams to build trust, align around shared goals, and work better together, unlocking stronger performance, faster.

Learn from Mistakes
Consulting

We help organizations design practical strategies, structures, and systems that support people to thrive and perform at their best. From culture to change to capability, we build what works.

Why we do this work

At i2a Coaching and Consulting, we believe that when people thrive, organizations do too. That’s why we focus on coaching leaders and teams, as well as consulting assignments, to navigate challenges, unlock potential, and create lasting change.

Founded in 2017 by Emma Bloch-Hansen, i2a was built on a passion for developing healthier, more effective, engaging and productive workplaces. With a background in internal leadership, professional coaching, and management consulting, Emma brings a deep understanding of what leaders face and what actually makes a difference. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and bold, actionable thinking.

We don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions. We create space for real conversations, practical progress, and meaningful impact.
